Oil Paintings

A collection of realist oil still lifes and figurative studies, painted on panel and linen. These works focus on light, texture, and everyday subjects  reflecting Joe's classical atelier training.

Cast Drawings

Cast drawings are a cornerstone of classical atelier training — the practice of rendering plaster casts of famous sculptures in charcoal or graphite. Working from a cast (rather than a live model) allows an artist to study form, proportion, and value under controlled, unchanging light, building the foundational skills required for figure and portrait work.

Drawings

Graphite and charcoal drawings exploring form, value, and detail through careful observation.

Portrait Drawings

Graphite portrait studies capturing likeness and character through light and structure usually done with live model but not necessarily.

Colored Pencil Drawings

Detailed colored pencil works showcasing precision and layered color technique.
